Return Policy

At Moda by Brenda , customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized/customized products are non-returnable.

• Jewelry and accessories cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.


Return Process:

1. Request a Return: Please contact our customer service team at modabybrenda@outlook.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return.

2. Prepare Your Package: Place the items in their original packaging along with the packing slip or proof of purchase.

3. Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Note: We do not accept COD deliveries.


Refunds:

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status.

• If your return is approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will make it right by providing a replacement or full refund.
